Position Overview:

KeyLimeTie is currently seeking a full-time Interactive Graphic Designer with experience designing websites, application interfaces, and email campaigns for a variety of multimedia devices including computers, smartphones, and tablets. Under the direction of the Creative Director, the Interactive Graphic Designer assists in the conceptualization and design of multimedia interfaces through the beginning stages of wireframing to final design compositions.

The ideal candidate will have a familiarity with user experiences as it relates to interactive design. Candidate should be well aware of emerging design trends within the industry and have advanced knowledge of Internet and web technologies, content and best practices.

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Wireframing/Conceptualization – Assists in the conceptualization and execution of wireframes and screenflows
  • Design – Creates design compositions using industry-standard Adobe software applications for a wide variety of user interfaces including websites, smartphone applications, emails and kiosks
  • Web-Ready Content Creation – Creates HTML, CSS and web-ready images for implementation in Content Management Systems

Qualifications / Required Skills:

  • Required – Minimum 1 year of industry experience in the creation of interactive user interfaces including websites, applications, and email campaigns for a variety of multimedia devices ranging from computers, smartphones, and tablets
  • Required – BA degree in Graphic/Multimedia Design or equivalent field
  • Required – Advanced proficiency in Adobe software including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Required – Moderate proficiency in image optimization for multimedia interfaces
  • Required – Moderate proficiency in Adobe InDesign
  • Required – Must provide a link to your portfolio website.
  • Required – Must be a team player with excellent communication skills
  • Required – Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Microsoft Office experience (Entourage/Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus
  • Content Management System (CMS) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) knowledge and experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of JavaScript a plus
  • Previous experience with traditional print design a plus
